Baby Echo
For those of you who have been praying for Baby Echo, please know she is getting better every day! There have been no major setbacks for several days and she is beginning to get grumpy and more verbal so that is a good sign according to her mother! Under these circumstances, I would take a complaining child, too!
There is a photo of her on my Facebook page but I can't seem to copy it to put it here but just know she is looking good and getting some rest. All the attached equipment is slowly disappearing and things are looking up.
Thanks for continued prayer -- she needs it as does her poor mother -- but things are looking so much brighter! Thank you, God!

That is good to hear. I hope young Hans is OK too.
I haven't heard anything to the negative but I think things are ok. The family has a foreign exchange student with them right now, as well, so I am sure he has some distraction.
When the tubes come out and the beeps stop...it's a FANTASTIC time!

Yes, Jane, it is. And with each photo shared she is a little less "wired". This is truly a day-to-day, baby-steps situation.
How wonderful to hear she's moving ahead. It will be a special Christmas for them--the gift of life :)
Yes, she is busy getting better -- a long road ahead but it seems the setbacks are getting fewer and father between. It will be a special Christmas for them and hopefully calm.
