And....There Was This One Time....

She woke up with pinkeye.

Yes. Indeed.

I thought pinkeye was a malady of little children with dirty hands.

Guess not.

I thought it was allergies.

Probably not.

Could it have been the mascara wand I stuck myself with?

Possibly.

I have no idea but it is annoying and now I have to go see the little doctor man this afternoon.

Blah.

I once got pink eye. My Dr deduced it was given to me by the child who sat next to me on plane..the child sneezed on me.

Mary -- yes, he got me all sorted out. Seems that it probably is allergies -- I sat in the wind with Bean in the wading pool with the wind blowing directly in my face and then two days later we were at the plant nursery in the wind buying a tree. He said it can start with allergies and just progress to an infection. So, now I have drops and I have to treat both eyes before it jumps to the other eye which I have a sneaking suspicion it is already doing because it is itching as well. Ah. Oh, and the blood pressure seems to be creeping up. Sigh.

Ugh, I've had pink-eye a couple of times as an adult--it's never pleasant! I do hope you're improved. It's a trade-off, allergy related pink-eye, but then it's just too nice in the summer to stay indoors :)

Ok, so we visited our cardiologist yesterday to get the lay of the land for the Hubs.  Seems there is an issue with one of the grafts from ...
