Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of A Daily Rhythm.
Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
I am currently reading Agatha Raisin and the Fairies of Fryfam by M. C.Beaton.
My teaser is the first two lines from the very first page.
"Agatha Raisin was selling up and leaving Carsely for good. Or rather, that had been the plan."
I have been reading this series for some time and, for the most part, I have enjoyed them, some more than others. This particular episode, if you will, has been very enjoyable.
I recommend the entire series. They are short and easy reads and the gold standard for cozy mysteries in my opinion.

This is another series that I have been meaning to start but haven't had a chance yet. My teaser this week comes from The Fine Art of Murder by Emily Barnes. Happy reading!
I've got my first M.C. Beaton book scheduled to be read this week, Death of a Nurse. I've had this other series recommended to me elsewhere. Thanks for sharing. My intro and teaser are from the Pulitzer Prize-winning book by Anthony Doerr called All the Light We Cannot See: http://wp.me/p4DMf0-19D
Cozy mysteries are so much fun! This sounds like a good one.
My Tuesday post features GIRL IN HYACINTH BLUE.
LOVE, LOVE your header photo. I like Agatha Raisin.
