Teaser Tuesday

"She drew his hand to her mouth and kissed it.  'So when we grow old--what shall we do besides people and books?' 'We are old,' he said, rueful.'  She turned over and buried her face in the pillow. 'Speak for yourself, sweetheart.'"

Hmmmmm. This sounds like a conversation Michael and I might have had. Is this one of the Father Tim books? One of these days, I need to try that series. Good teaser!

Yes, this is the second in the Fr. Tim series. The first in the series, "Home to Holly Springs" takes the reader back to Fr. Tim's youth, with a twist. I have really enjoyed all of these books--sort of Garrison Keillor.
