If you like Leno, better watch quickly -- I think he only has a week or so left of "The Tonight Show" and then he goes prime time. I am not a fan of Conan O'Brien so what in the world am I going to do without the Leno monologue -- that is how I gauge what time to hit the sack! I am too old to learn new tricks! Oh well, on that note -- night all!

Can't stand Conan O'Brien. But we've never really watched Leno. We started watching Letterman back when he used to follow Johnny Carson and then when he switched networks, we switched with him. He's probably not really as funny as Leno, but he's a lot weirder and M likes weird. Lately, we don't really watch any of the late-night talk shows, unless they're having a guest we want to see – and that's getting rarer as we lose touch with the current entertainment scene. Of course, at the moment we're mostly just watching these seemingly endless basketball playoffs.
The only part of Leno that we watch is the monologue and then it is time to retire -- lately all we have been watching is Netflix movies. I have "The Reader" which Allen wasn't wanting to watch last night -- started too late -- so we watched one episode of my brand, spanky new boxed set of the tv series "Peyton Place". Mama and I used to watch it religiously and when I found out it was coming out on DVD I had to have it. With the commercials edited out it lasted about 15 minutes!
