Yes, indeed, it is Monday.  It started out with a brisk wind but lots of sunshine.  It has now dissolved into a strong, cold wind and absolutely no sunshine -- just lots of clouds.  I am glad I did my grocery shopping early so I can just close myself up and cook/read/play video games -- yes, I play video games.  Supposed to keep the mind alert -- whatever.

Anyway, back to what I am reading. I am currently reading the next title in my Aunt Dimity queue -- "Aunt Dimity and the Next of Kin".  I am about half way done and there is no "next of kin" surfacing as of yet. I am on several mystery series challenges and a "finish the series" challenge -- at this rate, that one is going to be a dismal disappointment.

However, after looking at my daily blog reads, I see where JLSHall (http://jlshall.blogspot.com) has listed a current finish -- "The Red House Mystery" by A. A. Milne.  It looks good and so I purchased a copy for my e-reader.  I seem to read so much faster on an e-reader which aggravates me because I really, really like books.  However, I guess it is ok since I have pretty much run out of room for books and would prefer to frequent the library anyway -- or the used book store or the e-reader offerings.  So, I think that will be my next read when I finish the Aunt Dimity book.

So, off to make some more scones.  Some chocolate chip ones without nuts and some apricot walnut ones for Hubs.  He loves apricots and these scones have very little sugar in them -- enough -- but not enough that it annoys his diabetes -- he can actually eat them.  So....maybe there will be photos later along with my DIY Restaurant Dinner #3.

Not so much reading as listening but I've just finished Agatha Raisin and the curious curate (M C Beaton) as an audiobook. Pretty good!

I love audio books and have just discovered that I can listen to library books on my tablet. I am going to download the audible app as well because sometimes listening is just better. I listed to several books while I drove back and forth to my daughter's house and it made me a better driver -- I found I slowed down so I could listen to more of the book! I am not sure where the Curious Curate is on my list but I really like Agatha Raisin.

I just bought the first book in the Agatha Raisin series, but haven't started it yet. It's one of like a hundred or so unread books I've got on the Kindle. Amazon really needs to stop offering special deals on books so I can catch up!

Oh, I know and I have the Kindle app on my Nook and then there is Bookbub -- too many books, too little time. I was really enjoying the Aunt Dimity books and then got involved with Agatha Raisin and now have gone back to the Aunt Dimity series but you know, they just aren't as lively as Agatha Raisin. Brianna read the first AR one but she didn't like it -- I think it is a generational thing. Try to read it before you tackle the other 99 or so on your list!

Update

Ok, so we visited our cardiologist yesterday to get the lay of the land for the Hubs.  Seems there is an issue with one of the grafts from ...
