This was supposed to be posted yesterday but, alas, time got away from me so here it is.
I had the Bean Friday night and it is a standing tradition that we have pancakes for breakfast. Chocolate chip pancakes to be precise.
Yesterday morning was no different so I thought I would post some photos because I know how anxious everybody is to see my messy kitchen and sloppy cooking.
Oh and the dog bed came and was a minor hit with the dog. I think she liked the box better, typical kid.
So the weekend has flown by. The Bean is still here so more pancakes this morning, hopefully a good start to a new week.

The pancakes look good. The only time I make them is when youngest son is here over lunchtime. He comes to help gardening and works up an appetite!
Pancakes at night with scrambled eggs is a favorite dinner! I use pancakes instead of bread slices, too...our chiweenie LOVES his beds, but our Bichon mix will not sleep in one. She uses our beds and the tufted storage ottomans instead!
