Would you look at that—I got the date right! How are you today? I am as perky as I can be and ready to tackle my procrastination problem. In fact, I have already accomplished something I had been wanting to do for a while.
We rearranged the furniture! We moved it awhile back but it never “felt” right and I have been wanting to put it back so today I bit the bullet and egged the hubs into helping and now it feels so much better!
I have one more goal today and that is to take down some of the Christmas decor . I just put up a little tree so it won’t take long, good decision on my part! I love to move furniture, got that from my mom — she did it all the time and I loved it when I would come home from school and find things switched up.
So that is my day today. The dog has chewed up four skeins of my embroidery thread so I have to figure out what to do about that. It is always something.

Sorry to hear about your doggo chewing up the floss! Does your Walmart carry floss? Mine does, just 53 cents a skein for DMC, but not a lot of colors. Enough, though, I've found, for many projects in a pinch! I didn't put up a lot of Christmas this year either, although I put it out very early. I have it all down inside, but will keep the lights on outside at night until Twelfth Night.
It sounds like you're off to a good start on 2021. The dog maybe not so good. Too bad about the ruined embroidery thread. With all the Covid restrictions I wonder if you'll find a shop to replace it. Maybe on-line? My kids seem to order absolutely everything on-line.
Hi Merry! I think when I bought the thread for this project I bought two of each so I am probably ok but the dog needs to recognize that what is on my table is not hers!
Hi, GM! Yes I ordered it online to begin with so will again. That has been my modus opera director for this whole time and I have come to like it, actually. Dog needs obedience lessons!
